Shipping/Return Policy 

 

Thank You for ordering with Royal Tresses By Tiarra LLC! 

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. 

 

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Shipping takes 2-3 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Once items have been shipped it is no longer under Royal Tresses By Tiarra LLC liabilities. We will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Please note that sales may result in a longer processing/shipping time. 

 

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

 

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. 

 

3. PICKUP: Orders will take 1- 2 business days to process before it is available for pick up. Please contact us first to make sure this service is available for your items. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. 

 

4. Do you offer refunds?

 

Before using/opening your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, and texture. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the Royal Tresses seal or rubber bands. Please note when ordering textured hair once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online. The online images are stock photos of the hair without any alterations. If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase we are pleased to offer a refund on unopened hair extensions within 5 DAYS you received your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! You must contact us first before refunding your package. All Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. 

 

5. When will I receive my refund?

 

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Royal Tresses By Tiarra security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 48-72Hrs. 

 

6. May I make an exchange?

 

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Royal Tresses By Tiarra hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
